In that case, M9 will accept returned items and offer you a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Describe the problem to us and leave us your contact details so that we can get back to you.
When we have identified the nature of your problem, we will respond to you in writing.
If there is a fault that is our responsibility, we will send you a Return Order Form, with postage prepaid, and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
